Hi Everyone - apologize if this is already answered, but I couldn't easily find it.

I booked an award ticket using miles and was charged a $50 award booking fee, and $5.60 Sept 11th fee. I then changed the flight about an hour later. Technically they had cancel the trip, re-deposit the miles, and then allowed me to make the change.

They refunded the $5.60 fee but not the $50. Is that correct? Is the 24 flexible policy only for rev tickets?
