wondering what authority the TSA'S have (at Newark) to stop you and serach you from top to shoe if you pass through the scanner archway and it doesn't beep (ie... you're fine). rather than argue with the guy (and thus enduring their full wrath) i put up with it,but all the time wondering what authority he had to do this. anybody enlighten me?
