I have been to either Jkt, Sub and Bali. They are all great, have lounge but not with Bali. However it is much better for you to pay by cash instead of using the redemption certificate.

P. S. Marquis (or Renaissance) would be my pick for BKK, but unlikely I will have an extra night there until summer.
