The arrival process that bugs me is the failure to block off the economy cabin so that the premium cabins can exit first.
Especially important as United typically only uses 1 doorway to exit and it is almost always door 2.

They used to have Sprite Zero, but they haven't had it now for several months on any flights I've been on.
I have always had it available on flights departing USA. I think there is some availability issues that may cause shortage for return flights. Have experienced the same with Cranberry juice.
