Both "forest king" and regular king are offered for award stays.
I believe all rooms have south view towards the water. Most likely the forest king is on a lower floor and has either partially or completely obstructed views due to trees. I don't know that the view would be a deal breaker but there is a greater chance of having people walk by and look in your room.
