My wife and I only fly UA (with only extremely rare exceptions), and only fly in the premium cabin. Majority of flights are domestic, with a good amount of PS flights, and a few TATL and TPAC flights per year. We have invariably been happy with premium cabin travel, and greatly value the extra space and tranquility in domestic F, and the lie flats on PS and international flights. Our experience with cabin crews has also been invariably excellent, and I can't remember the last time we had even the slightest bit of unpleasantness with a flight attendant.
If you only fly premium cabin you must be paying premium fares most of the time. Why are you only flying United? Because you have status with them and some premium travel free or on upgrades, because you live in a United hub, or because you like them better than the competition?
