To me it is more about avoiding the cattle class. It isn't all champagne and caviar up front but the avoidance of cattle is so much more appealing to me then the allure of what is offered up front.

Sort of like sports where you forget the wins, but always remember the losses and dread them. I don't remember my upgrades right now, only the ones that MISS and I end up in cattle, ugh! Especially with the 10 across in Y coming or actually here are some planes. NO WAY am I going to pay for that. I have ponied up for business 2 of my last 3 international flights for this reason as no R space was available.

I do like the new polaris product quite a bit and in 2-3 years it will be more pleasant to fly international C this way. The lounge experience is great at ORD (although crowded) with showers and sleeping rooms.^
