I'm more of a DIY person so it's kinda weird for me to ask someone to do something for me that I can probably do myself.

After reading this thread, decided to give the concierge a try. Since I was planing a trip to Japan and decided to try some nice restaurants, I asked the concierge for suggestions on things to do and restaurants to try. Maybe I was being too open-ended? The concierge didn't really have any good suggestions. Not sure if I needed to be more explicit and ask for some sample itineraries? She ended up emailing a PDF of restaurants. Wasn't really impressed with the service
