And in terms of Beach Hotels there are no other top notch Hotels in Dubai right now (Bulgari might be). Four Seasons is below One and Only and the Oberoi.

I have been to all of them, too, which is why I am amazed that you class Four Seasons and O&O as below Oberoi al Zorah.

Do you also rate The Oberoi Dubai? For me, this is a really badly designed hotel.
