I have problems with the AF flatbed, the footrest part being lower than the head /shoulders section of the seat. It is really awkward for me and I am continually sliding down. Wondering if that is the same with the ET angled flat?

Someone posted photos of the same angled lieflat on the AA A321 transcon, and to my eyes it looked flat and comfortable enough. Can't detect a noticeable difference in the upper torso being considerably higher than below the knees.
