Yes, I agree.
I took a Lenovo all-in-one through LHR T5 security earlier this year. I think that's about the same size. It fitted in my carry on bag (just) with loose covering of bubble wrap. When I went through, I took it out and put it in the tray for the X-ray and the security guys had no issue with that.
