I just spent a night there, and sad to report that they didn't give upgrade a Globalist to an available suite. They did recognize me as a Globalist and make small talk about the best Andaz around the world. I didn't ask/press on the Suite upgrade benefit. I think I got the Deluxe View King (3230). Service is about average for an upscale hotel in Asia. The entrance to the hotel is confusing, with all the construction. Many drink/food items on the menu are not yet available. The rooftop bar (Mr. Stork) won't be opened until next month.
