What are some common low carb Thai foods? Or readily available American food (Is there a Thai Ruth's Chris?

Or, any tips for easing into carbs? If I just randomly eat a bowl of rice now, I'm puffy for a couple of days (AFTER going back low carb). Suggestions for avoiding that?
Thanks you guys.
Happy keto here...
It is very EASY here unless you go somewhere rural.
Samui, Phuket, Bangkok, Chiang Mai you will find it easy to get green veg, butter, coconut milk, almond milk, coconut oil, cheeses, meats, eggs and bacon.
Thus if your accommodation allows for you to prepare your own meals you can get supplies that are keto-friendly.
For Thai foods you probably have to stay away from curries and many of the common street foods because they throw refined sugar into many of these dishes but you can always find pork sausages, grilled chicken and fish.
In Thai restaurants you will find an abundance of compatible dishes and they gladly let you skip the rice.
TL;DR:
It is very easy here compared to the Philippines, for example.
