Just initiated transfer from Citi ThankYou Points around 11/6/2017 5:30pm.
After about 28 hours, I called Singapore airline to ask them to expedite. They offered to reserve the business class reservation.
Immediately after calling, I got the transfer about 29 hours post transfer.
