I flew SEA-RNO-SNA this morning (0750 departure) ... last week the weather issues in SEA started to make me a bit nervous about the possibility of QX misadventures, so I booked the 0615 SEA-LAX as a backup; SDCd to the 0800 last night, got through security ~0645, saw the QX flights were on schedule, and went to the Customer Service counter in the C concourse to cancel LAX ... the agent said she could certainly do that, but I'd need to call Reservations anyway to get the refund or My Wallet credit for the ticket
