For UA, that means avoid the sUA 772 in J. And avoid the J seats that are subject to excessive lav/galley traffic (e.g., 1E on the 789). And keep your fingers crossed you get a decent crew.
Funny, I prefer 1E on the 789 for the big footwell and the ability to be able to sneak into the lav during the interminable number of "fasten the seat belt" dings on UA long-haul flights.
To the OP: pretty happy with most flights. 375 PQMs so far this year 90% premium and almost every flight on time and uneventful. Agree the food and service can be hit or miss but more hit than miss, and sleeping is never a problem for me on the lie-flats (I've never done the 4-across middle J on the 772 tho).
