This happens to me on a regular basis with Economy/Premium Economy/Business Class itineraries and the majority of AC agents are simply awful.
As I have mentioned on other threads, some are outright lying on the phone and others are just plain lazy. Then there is the awesome "if its not on aircanada.com, it cannot be booked".
If AC management would focus on improving this area instead of all of the petty things, I would much happier.
Yet, you keep calling..... Proving only nothing *needs* to improve.
