HAM is quite good, but with a risk of a bus transfer (which will make life tricky rather than impossible). TXL is reasonably good, there are reports that LCY flights are now in the main building due to the empty space left by AB-RIP.
But as you will see upthread and in the wiki, the best places in Germany are DUS and HAJ.
