My EVA purchased/issued reservation (PDX>SEA>TPE>BKK) has one EVA PNR and one AS PNR (I get why). Both PNR's show the full itinerary, but the AS (PDX>SEA) portion has a separate ticket number. I assume this happened when EVA re-issued after one of the number of schedule changes on the AS side.

Will the separate ticket numbers cause me an issue when I try to get AS to check my bag through from PDX>BKK? Will they still honor the EVA luggage policy or will AS try to charge me at check-in?
