In that case, it is impossible to calculate the fare difference without knowing when you bought the ticket and what your outbound was. Also, not even all flights that day still have E available. If it were an ex-HKG ticket, I don't have access to the fare information, either.

Since the ticket is already used, you are free to call CX and ask them to calculate the fare difference for you.
