Are you generally happy with the hotel/stay?
Only just

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked double bed plus sofa bed on points, and received same

How are the rooms?
No minibar
Double bed
Cupboard space with hangers
TV with freeview, plenty of channels
A sofa bed and small dining table
Desk, with non-working lamp (not fixed during 3-night stay)

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?

Good
Free parking
Received unwarranted points as the receptionist made a mistake when crediting my arrrival 500 points. She cancelled a night and then somehow reversed it twice.

Bad
Tired rooms
No lifts, as hotel is built into a hill

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Have been staying here once a year for 5 years, but probably won’t come back
