How long between flights? Same date? If you are arriving day/night before and hoping you don't have to lug your baggage to/from a hotel I would say probably not. Did you check to see what hours EVA operate in Seattle. They will have limited counter hours before departure should you need to recheck. I have had success with AA PHX-SFO AS SFO-SEA-YLW on two separate PNRs but again AA & AS are partners.

That is the thing. The EVA departs at 12:20 am, I probably will get to SEA around 2PM. So if GEG can check my bag to my final destination ICN, I can stay airside and enjoy my lounges. Otherwise I need to go to landside and wait for EVA counter to open at 9pm to check in my bags. I am trying to see if I can stuff everything into my carry on at this moment. LOL
