warning I found not only at DAD but all over Hanoi that most ATMs wont give more then 500k, I found HSBC gave me 2M w/o any problems except they charge 50k per withdrawl. Which doesn't me since my bank back in The US refunds me for any and all withdrawls = there are no fees whatsoever that I incur. Otherwise Id stay away from HSBC, but having to make 4 x 500k or in my case 8 x 500k might cause a fraud alert. While 2 x 2M didnt
