St. Louis and Vancouver
More on St. Louis (stayed there 6/6/04): Hors d'oeuvres end 8 pm (M-F). However, coffee and tea are available 24 hours from a machine (there is no in-room coffee).

Vancouver: hors d'oeuvres end 8 pm. Coffee and tea service all hours.
