Ah, I actually see from your profile that you are Hertz PC and Avis Preferred. In that case, I'd say it's extremely unlikely you'll have a problem since they literally just glance at your license upon exit at major airport locations. Make a reservation with both companies and make sure you updated the expiration date on your driver's license in your online profile with both companies and you should be just fine.
