Question good value on C&P?

I am dubious of this claim. The property is 20,000 SPG per night versus best available rate of 269 GBP. The Sheraton is comparable & it goes for 10,000 & $180 US on C&P. How is that good value?

Also, I read the reviews & the Westbury's Plat recognition sounds awful?
