Have they increased number of F/A's?
I guess the issue might be that TK has 7 F/A's to serve 50 C-class pax max. So they can deliver full service within 2 hours. They do it, however, in a smart way - once the most extensive parts of the service are delivered (drinks and nuts - they are all served by hand - not from trolleys; appetizer) some F/A's move to Y to help there. I think main courses and desserts are served in C by 4 F/A's.
PS. All these are based on my observations
PS. OS has 4 or 5 F/A's to serve about 55 pax max. But they use trolleys more extensively than TK.
