Have stayed at both - If you can score a TSU do PH. It would be a better room than most of the suites at HB IMHO.

Breakfast is better at PH and unless you have a strong desire to walk to restaurants and shops PH probably would be a better fit this time of year. It has a much more relaxed pace and is quieter than HB.
