Sorry but that bit is simply incorrect. As you know, caterers can offer very different menus to very different clients. For instance, Do&Co were indeed supplying for the JFK route, but then Do&Co also supplied J food to TK and OS and it was entirely different from what they were doing for BA. The new service is effectively entirely different from the previous one.

Before, Do&Co was indeed the caterer for BA on the JFK route but it prepared meals that were clearly consistent with BA's traditional specifications. By contrast, with the new service, it is clear to me that BA have entrusted Do&Co to develop their meal concept in a way far more similar (albeit not entirely) to what they do to OS and TK and the new service is heads and shoulders above what we get on other CW routes.
