Hi,

I've rented with National in Panama, Chile and Ecuador in the past month and didn't receive rental credits or One Two Free points for any of these rentals.

What's strange is that the rental in Ecuador was a 2 week long rental, and I did get the bonus One Two Free points for a week long rental (so apparently this is a qualifying rental), but neither did I get the regular emerald club credits for this, nor the other One Two Free points for this rental.

I called up the National customer care, and they just told me repeatedly that One Two Free points can only be earned in US and Canada, despite it being mentioned explicitly on the website that they can be earned in participating locations in Latin America or the Caribbean, and the fact there is a bonus opportunity specially for such rentals.

Does anyone know which are the participating locations in Latin America or the Caribbean? Or how I can claim my missing rental credits and One Two Free points?

Any help is appreciated as always guys.
