I won't go into the problems this caused but wish to seek redress.
When returning the car I wanted it noted that I didn't consider the car to be an inter for which I paid. However I was told I couldn't do this.
I know what I would do in the UK but not sure what to do in the USA as the car was hired direct from US website and paid for in dollars..
So two questions please;
1. Who decides what an inter is?
2. How is the best way to seek redress?
The car really was tiny, far too low for our purposes and thoroughly unsuitable for our trip.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
Why did you wait until returning to point this out? Why didn't you say something when you picked up? They would have reaccommodated you in a larger vehicle in the same class or lower.
