But aren't those early 777 non-ERs even older that the 767s shortly to be retired ? BA had one of the younger 767 fleets of major carriers ane were very late to put them in service.
IIRC the first 767 was around 1990 and deliveries continued up to about 2000? However the early 777 non-ER's date from around 1995.
