When is the last flight? I am actually disappointed I never made it to this airport. My parents live in Flint. Cost, schedule, timing has always sent us to Detroit instead.

I am actually really suprised this didn't work. FNT is so close to business in Oakland county, and the ease of travel out of a smaller airport could have been attractive.

The flight options from the west coast are generally crappy. 8-9 hour trip times, arriving aound 12:20 am. Even the best flight from the west coast is 6 hours.

Non-stop on DL to DTW is blocked at 4.5 hours and typically flown in 4. Thats why DTW ends up being the better option.

Southwest isnt even great for DTW. Most of the trip times are around 7.5 hours, and the times are acceptable. To compare United trip times from the SF Bay area average 6.5 hours.
