Doesn't say whether standard/premium suite under Grand Suite Twin/King rooms...I wonder if this could be a method to get the twin beds? (Probably not, but might be worth asking.)

Is the Grand Suite a higher or lower category than the Club Suite?

If you see some suites indicated as "standard" I would assume that these are the ones (and the only ones) eligible for the TSU upgrade unless the hotel decides to be generous to you.
