I used the Mileage Plan fax number to request mileage credit for several hotel stays and car rentals. I included my name, MP number and the requested number of miles on each invoice. This was 60 days ago. "Mileage credit is supposed to post within 30-60 days."

In the interim, mileage credit for my flights has posted without delay.

Is this unusual?
