Low carb is definitely more challenging in Thailand.
Thai omelettes, whole fish, grilled meat on a stick, grilled chicken, chicken sausages, order a burger and throw away the bun. Salad bar in some of the major grocers....can keep your net carbs low, anyway.
Low carb snacks aren't particularly easy to find either. Almonds, Greek yogurt, cheese - available in grocery stores (and pricey). You can find Quest bars at Nutrition Depot for about $3 US each.
