I'm a LAS based flight attendant and I know Brenda very well. I forwarded your comments from the board to her and I know that she will be happy to know that she made your flight special. It's no telling how long the it will take UA to get it to her.

She has a way of doing that on EVERY flight she works; it's always a real pleasure to work with her.
