My pet peeve is the GAs calling out separate boarding for First and the various groups, and then not even pretending to enforce it. A few weeks ago on a SFO-JFK flight, I was the second person to board when First was called...behind a strapping young man with Group 6 clearly printed on his boarding pass.
I've got dozens of similar anecdotes; I'm sure we all do.
