I have flown with a child in my lap and know that even the best behaved child can have a off / noisy day even with all you can do and I also know that we can not expect an infrequent flyer to understand that we have needs as well as they do. Most likely all you can do is grin and bare it and complain to UA for some sort of compensation even if it can't make up for lost sleep or productivity.
Compensation from UA? Are you serious? How is a noisy baby in any way UA’s fault that would warrant compensation?
