What are some common low carb Thai foods?
Everything except rice and noodles?
Seriously, need a lot more info. Where in Thailand? Eating out/in? Western dishes? Local dishes? How long? What sorts of things do you eat now? How many meals?
Other than fried rice and noodle soup (dry or wet), most order separate dishes, eat family style and have rice on the side. I eat about 5% of the rice that the typical Thai eats, other than khao niew occasionally, but do eat a fair amount of noddles (mix of rice flour/egg).
You could probably mix a hotel breakfast, a food court lunch and an evening (take-away/sit-down) restaurant (Thai or western).
