Please note that if you are originating in mainland China you may be well advised to get a printed BP before going through immigration and security. Earlier this year I checked in online and stored the BP in my app. However I ended up waiting 15 minutes at CTU exit immigration while they tried to figure out how to handle the electronic BP. Maybe not a problem if you are originating in Japan...
