The room descriptions don't say the square footage. But it does say:

Club Suite King
This is a standard suite.

Club Suite Twin
This is a premium suite.

Doesn't say whether standard/premium suite under Grand Suite Twin/King rooms...I wonder if this could be a method to get the twin beds? (Probably not, but might be worth asking.)
