Anyone have experience going to Thailand as a low carb eater? I'm going this week, so unfortunately no time for a slow transition (wish I'd thought of it earlier). What did you do?

Or, any tips for easing into carbs? If I just randomly eat a bowl of rice now, I'm puffy for a couple of days (AFTER going back low carb). Suggestions for avoiding that?
