Barclays is coming out with a new no-fee Uber branded credit card.

One of the more interesting aspects is that if you pay your cell phone bill with the card, you get insurance for phone breakage or theft - up to $600 per occurrence, twice per year, $25 deductible.
So if you combine this coverage with buying the phone with a card with extended warranty protection, you end up with pretty good comprehensive coverage for free.
I won't go over all of the other benefits that you can find by following the link. One potentially unpublicized benefit - the card is issued by Barclays, who also issue an AA Aviator card. I would assume it will act like the Aviator card in the following respect: Unlike other US issued cards, if you are at a chip terminal that insists on a PIN number, you can enter your PIN number and the transaction will go through.
My experience with the Aviator card was that it would allow PIN use only if there was no other alternative. If you used the card to pay where the terminal was enabled for chip and signature, it would request a signature not a PIN. But, if you carry this card you would be covered for those rare situations where you are at an unattended train station and need a Chip and PIN card to buy a ticket. T
