Correct. That's what this measure is. It's an admission that they were foolish in designing the old program, which hit higher-yielding Y and PEY pax way too hard.
The "problem" now, IMO is it's way too easy to hit Diamond for corporate-style travelers. It
already is easy but this just made it easier.
But anyway, needed improvements.
