Long time reader, first time I actually post here.

I am wondering about the access rule for the Premiere lounge in CDG: I'll be connecting in a few days from an early morning arrival in P to an early departure in long-haul J. Both flights are sold and operated by AF, under 2 different bookings - the second flight does not offer P if this changes something. I've searched online for answers but to no avail.

2 questions there:
- as an arriving P passenger, do I qualify for access to the P lounge, even if my connecting flight is under a different booking?
- as the layover is rather long (6+ hrs), I was thinking about exiting CDG. If I do that, will I still be able to reenter to P lounge (provided of course the answer to the first question is positive)?
