Does the RPU expire at end of January 2018? Sometimes towards the end of the year, I end up with "might-as-well-burn-it" syndrome. IAD-LAX is about as long as LAX-LIH and CPUs are not abundant. I'd go for applying it to the IAD-LAX-LIH legs for sure.
