Hi all --

A quick question if anyone can help me, I wasn't able to find a clear answer in any of the FAQ, etc.?

I booked (using my points) some nights at the Hyatt Hong Kong for my parents, but of course while booking it was all under my name (I neglected to add a note saying their names for check-in -- and I don't even recall if that was possible).

What is the best way to have them be able to check in, without me being on this trip with them? Should I call global reservations to add a note? Should I call the hotel directly? I can email my parents a copy of my ID in case this might ever be needed as proof.

The reservation cannot be modified online (I always seem to have this problem).
