Seat map is completely full. I'm starting to get anxious! I have this trip, coming back to MI for a day, then off and back to SIN to complete my 1K trial match.

Looking for some advice - I'm flying ORD-SFO in the morning on a seperate reservation. I don't think ORD can print my SFO-HNL boarding pass, can they? I know I can go to a kiosk at SFO and print one, but I would really like one on actual UA cardstock (or two). I won't have club access at SFO, and don't want to leave security, what's the best option - going to the gate and asking?
