In fairness, I really like that you've made the Etihad forum a little more active - that's great, I appreciate it. Genuinely good content and posts. Just I don't understand the 14 year old lie.
I gave constrictive feedback (benefits aren't that great), and based on that fly with what you think the best product is, not just for loyalty, at least right now.
